📋 Description

  • Partner with Sales Executives to identify new opportunities within targeted accounts.
  • Build stakeholder maps by function and influence.
  • Create and iterate prospecting strategies across campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Support Andela’s marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up, qualify and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for opportunities and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience, internships allowed.
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coordinate prospecting with assigned AEs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong desire to win and close deals.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Knowledge of digital roles and functions by skill set.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales culture.
  • Interest in fully remote work.
