🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Sales.
- 1+ years B2B sales or SDR/BDR with outbound success.
- Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce.
- Strong communicator; active listener; clear next steps.
- Travel up to 20% across EMEA.
- Proficient in English and native German.
