- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects.
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate interest.
- Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source opportunities.
- Outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to qualify leads and set meetings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and align with customer needs.
- Identify outbound campaigns and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive initiatives.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in sales/lead generation/business development in enterprise software.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales automation tools is a plus.
- Results-driven hunter mindset; able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
