  • 4+ years in sales development or related go-to-market roles.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing SDRs.
  • Analytical, data-driven with attention to detail.
