  • 0โ€“2 years in sales, biz dev, or customer-facing roles
  • Coachable, curious, results-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
  • Experience with outbound tools: Salesloft, LinkedIn, Salesforce
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
