  • Prospect into high school districts, colleges, and other institutions through outreach
  • Drive high-volume, multichannel outreach across phone, email, and social to generate qualified leads
  • Test and refine messaging with A/B testing and multichannel campaigns
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to break through buying processes
  • Log outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (HubSpot) for reporting and visibility
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategy

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role
  • Experience managing a complex pipeline with longer sales cycles (3โ€“6 months)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivation with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships
  • A collaborative spirit with a willingness to test and iterate
  • Reside in Austin, TX and open to hybrid model; in office 1-3 days/week
