  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS SDR/BDR roles.
  • Proven pipeline target achievement in outbound or sales-assisted growth.
  • Strong communicator, coachable, leads by example.
  • CRM experience: Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho.
  • Understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics and KPIs.
  • Bonus: startup GTM experience.
