  • Map key contacts and teams in the New Logo territory to drive market penetration with AEs.
  • Craft and execute multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, Email, WeChat, and Phone.
  • Qualify prospects with BANT and book meetings to move opportunities.
  • Meet weekly with AEs and BD leads to plan progress and launches/campaigns.
  • Be expert on client workflow and product usage in named accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as B2B SaaS/Tech BDR in Energy/Commodities or Finance (APAC)
  • Proven track record in lead generation
  • Excellent multi-channel communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with sales mindset
  • Experience with BANT or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in Maritime, Logistics, or Energy/Commodities advantageous
  • English and Mandarin essential
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
