  • Experiment outbound activity to decision makers to generate enterprise opportunities
  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion
  • Organize and take thorough notes on prospects
  • Qualify prospects to determine fit for Notion
  • Prospect and develop new accounts educating contacts about Notion to boost collaboration
  • Hold meetings to understand business challenges and goals
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Own pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Learn product and give demos customized to different personas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on performance initiatives
  • Work with Global and Regional Marketing to build feedback loops
  • Work with Global GTM to hit revenue & pipeline targets

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer
  • You LOVE talking to customers; Always interested in digging deeper and learning more about their needs
  • Fluency in Korean and Business level in English
