  • Handle around 60 inbound calls daily, qualifying leads from website, marketing, and partner channels
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and book meetings with an Account Executive
  • Ask questions to understand each prospect and match to the right Account Executive
  • Keep Salesforce pipeline clean and follow up on every thread
  • Partner with Marketing and AEs to flag inbound quality and refine lead scoring

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced, people-facing roles (inside sales, CS, hospitality, retail)
  • Strong listening to understand lead needs
  • Clear, polished written and verbal English
  • Strong follow-through; own your pipeline and numbers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Nice to have: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks; B2B or SaaS sales
