  • Handle ~60 inbound calls daily; qualify leads from website/marketing/partners
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and move prospects to booked meetings
  • Ask questions to understand prospect's needs and match to the right Account Executive
  • Keep pipeline clean in Salesforce and follow up on every thread
  • Partner with Marketing and AEs to flag inbound quality and sharpen lead scoring

  • Experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role (inside sales, CS, hospitality, retail)
  • Strong listening skills: understand what the lead actually needs
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong follow-through: own your pipeline and numbers
  • Bachelor's degree
