  • Handle ~60 inbound calls daily; qualify leads from site, marketing, and partners
  • Qualify prospects quickly and convert interest into booked meetings for Account Executives
  • Ask the right questions to understand each prospect's situation and needs
  • Maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline and follow up on every open thread
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to flag quality signals and sharpen lead scoring

  • Experience in fast-paced, people-facing roles (inside sales, CS, hospitality, retail)
  • Strong listening skills; understand what the lead actually needs
  • Clear, polished written and verbal English
  • Strong follow-through; own your pipeline and numbers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Nice to have: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; B2B/SaaS sales exp
