- Strong listening skills; understand what the lead actually needs
- Clear, polished written and verbal English
- Strong follow-through; own your pipeline and numbers
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice to have: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; B2B/SaaS sales exp
