📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales in SDR/BDR/AE roles with outbound focus.
  • 1+ year owning a full sales cycle for SMB or emerging-market accounts.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota (pipeline or closed-won).
  • Salesforce + Outreach or Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messaging for multiple personas.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours; US/Canada-based.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
