  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar customer-facing role.
  • Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence.
  • Motivated, curious, resourceful, and persistent.
  • Learn and apply SPICED and BANT methodologies.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Dialpad.
