  • First point of contact for potential customers; introduce NICE's AI tech and book discovery calls.
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and craft outreach that opens doors.
  • Build expertise in the DACH market; create personalized engagement strategies.
  • Support discovery calls and handoffs to AEs; help grow pipeline.
  • Meet monthly goals for discovery calls, opportunities, and outbound productivity.
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and regional teams to improve targeting.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • German-speaking SDR with fluent German and English.
  • Prior SDR/BDR/inside sales experience in SaaS or tech.
  • Proficient with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Strong discovery, outreach, and pipeline-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent time management.
