  • Approximately 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Proven success in hitting sales metrics and YoY quota
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Strong German language skills and gatekeeper handling
  • Demonstrated sales techniques and fast rapport building
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
