- Drive Deel's growth through inbound/outbound prospecting to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team and help build the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
- Educate leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Understand lead-gen processes and support handoffs to Account Executives.
- Generate email sequences and map/penetrate target accounts.
- Follow up via calls and emails until meetings are booked.
π― Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in sales development or similar outbound role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Native/fluent in Arabic + English
