  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound/outbound prospecting to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and help build the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Understand lead-gen processes and support handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Generate email sequences and map/penetrate target accounts.
  • Follow up via calls and emails until meetings are booked.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales development or similar outbound role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Native/fluent in Arabic + English
