• Strong prospecting across cold calls, emails, social channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to persuade prospects.
• Active listening to understand needs and pain points.
• Resilient, quota-driven, motivated to exceed targets.
• Comfortable with CRMs and prospecting tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams (AEs, marketing, merchant success).
