📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, and Slack/Salesforce.
  • Meet monthly targets by booking and completing product demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Clear communication with excellent writing and presentation across email, phone, video.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization; able to multi-task.
  • Experience with modern tooling: CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person.
  • Patience working with users who are not tech-savvy.
