📋 Description

  • Partner with Sales Executives to identify new opportunities in target accounts.
  • Build and manage stakeholder maps by function and influence.
  • Produce and iterate prospecting strategies via campaigns and outreach.
  • Create, schedule, and manage attendance of qualified meetings for AEs.
  • Support Andela’s marketing campaigns and follow up inbound inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly targets for opportunities and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience (internships allowed).
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coordinate prospecting strategies with assigned AEs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Driven to WIN and hit targets.
  • Interest/experience with fully remote working.
