📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads via self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Book and complete product demonstrations to meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with GTM team to drive lead progression.
  • Maintain CRM activity and records to inform decisions.
  • Track performance toward monthly quotas.

🎯 Requirements

  • Confident communication with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent task organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRMs, live chat, knowledge bases.
  • Able to conduct digital or in-person customer meetings (Zoom/Teams or in person).
  • Comfortable in a KPI-driven, high-volume environment.
  • Eager to learn SaaS terminology and metrics.
