- Engage potential customers via outbound activity to create new opportunities and build pipeline.
- Work with SDR team and partner with Senior Account Executives in dedicated territory.
- Leverage outreach tools such as phone, email, LinkedIn to develop interactions with potential customers.
- Deliver Trace3 value proposition to schedule meetings for Account Managers.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, opportunities created, etc).
- Track sales activity in NetSuite and other sales tools (HubSpot).

- 1+ year experience in client-facing roles (sales/customer service)
- Driven to make an impact and exceed goals
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication; team player; self-motivated
- Able to quickly learn product details and clearly articulate Trace3โs value
- Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
