📋 Description

  • Develop new sales qualified leads via calls and emails within a focused ICP.
  • Deliver on daily metrics: call volume, talk time, email volume.
  • Use ZoomInfo to identify/import prospects in Salesforce for outreach via SalesLoft.
  • Build relationships, follow up, and move opportunities; schedule needs analysis and demos for mid/enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales Managers, and VPs to grow the pipeline.
  • Manage prospective client data in Salesforce.com.

🎯 Requirements

  • College degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
  • 1 year in office, corporate, or B2B sales; email/phone.
  • 1+ years outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social outreach) preferred.
  • SDR/BDR experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity with Pardot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo preferred.
