📋 Description

  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn for clients across industries.
  • Managing outreach across 3–6 client projects simultaneously.
  • Crafting personalized messages for diverse audiences and markets.
  • Building strong prospect relationships with follow ups and objections.
  • Using automation tools for high volume outbound outreach.
  • Tracking results and suggesting improvements; using HubSpot, Reply.io, Expandi, Nooks, Calendly.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years of outbound outreach or pipeline generation experience.
  • Able to switch voices across industries, clients, markets.
  • Available during US business hours at least a few days per week (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST).
  • Proactive, reliable, and always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
  • Believes in constant learning and growing your skills.
