  • Confident, clear communication with strong writing/presentation skills.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization; multi-task effectively.
  • Nice to have: Experience with CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or in person.
  • Patience working with users who aren’t tech-savvy.
