- Identify opportunities and set high-quality meetings for field sales.
- Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM dealerships.
- Engage dealership leaders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and text.
- Conduct discovery to uncover pain points in marketing, service, retention, and vehicles.
- Book demos and create opportunities for DSMs and Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years SDR/BDR/inside sales experience (SaaS or automotive tech preferred).
- Strong communication, resilience, and ability to break through gatekeepers.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) plus Outreach/ZoomInfo/HubSpot exposure.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced quota environment.
- Passion for the automotive industry and improving the customer/dealer experience.
