  • Identify opportunities and set high-quality meetings for field sales.
  • Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM dealerships.
  • Engage dealership leaders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and text.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover pain points in marketing, service, retention, and vehicles.
  • Book demos and create opportunities for DSMs and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years SDR/BDR/inside sales experience (SaaS or automotive tech preferred).
  • Strong communication, resilience, and ability to break through gatekeepers.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) plus Outreach/ZoomInfo/HubSpot exposure.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced quota environment.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and improving the customer/dealer experience.
