  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity.

  • Strong prospecting via cold calls, emails, social etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong listening to understand needs and pain points.
  • Positive attitude, persistence and resilience to hit quota.
  • Results-driven mindset and quota-focused.
  • Comfort with CRMs; familiar with Salesforce, Slack, Notion.
