🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role (inside sales, SDR, hospitality ops).
- Proven outbound sequences and pipeline ownership.
- Comfortable with consultative phone conversations; not scripted.
- Strong written communication; can produce handoff summary and doc.
- Organized and self-directed under multi-queue outbound/inbound.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce and/or HubSpot); baseline literacy.
