📋 Description

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
  • Meet or exceed SDR sourced SAO volume targets
  • Collaborate to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
  • Use Outreach.io for multi-channel touches (call, email, social)
  • Manage and report activities in Salesforce
  • Document processes in the GitLab handbook with your SDR Manager
  • Mentor new SDRs navigating key accounts

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

  • Proficient in using Salesforce
  • Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, marketing and/or sales is a plus
  • Eagerness to grow with our onboarding program and promotion after 12 months
