🎯 Requirements

  • Lead Generation and Qualifying
    • Research and qualify marketing-generated leads.
    • Research and qualify individually generated leads.
    • Plan and execute prospecting with outreach tools, Salesforce, email.
    • Identify needs and suggest products/services.
    • Set up meetings between prospects and sellers.
    • Record activity and maintain database accuracy.
  • Sales Support
    • Communicate with customers and follow up on leads.
    • Understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
    • Build relationships to qualify leads as opportunities.
    • Answer questions and send information by email.
    • Keep product/service knowledge up to date.
    • Achieve meeting targets.
    • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Background
    • 3-4 years marketing or sales experience preferred.
    • 1-2 years SDR or account mgmt in B2B, SaaS/IT/online education.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • New business development experience beneficial.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Basic data analysis skills.
