Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Build prospect lists and manage pipeline daily.
• Make 50+ outbound calls per day across channels.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory campaigns.
• Create net new prospect lists for target accounts.
• Connect with prospects via phone, email, and social.
• Report to Director, Sales Development in Tempe, AZ office.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Sales Development or similar role.
• Efficient, organized and detail-oriented.
• Highly motivated and team-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of curiosity, motivation and resourcefulness.
• SaaS sales experience preferred.
