📋 Description

  • The SDR engages prospects via outbound activity and builds pipeline.
  • Partners with SDR team and Senior Account Executives in assigned territory.
  • Drives meetings and opportunities for Account Management.
  • Leverages outreach tools such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Delivers Trace3 value proposition to schedule meetings.
  • Meets and exceeds weekly/monthly metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • A minimum of one year experience in client-facing roles (sales and/or customer service).
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles (Sales and/or customer service).
  • Driven to make an impact and exceed goals.
  • Strong interpersonal communication with employees, vendors, and clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales or admin sales support with 1+ years in tech preferred.
