Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Contact potential customers via cold calls, email, social channels.
• Book meetings with prospects and pitch Stripe products.
• Qualify needs with consultative questions; hand off to sales.
• Research outreach materials with SDRs and Account Executives.
• Execute outbound outreach created by marketing with targeted messaging.
• Meet SLAs and update Salesforce; collaborate with Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of top performance or prior success in academic, extracurricular, or professional endeavors.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate complex topics.
• Self-starter who is highly motivated and able to operate effectively and autonomously in a hyper-growth environment.
• This role requires in-office participation three days per week in our Sydney office.
• Professional experience in a sales, customer service, or fast-paced professional environment.
