🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years as SDR/BDR in fintech, SaaS, or B2B finance.
  • Proven track record exceeding outbound KPIs.
  • Experience with SMBs/exporters/digital platforms or financial decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese or Spanish; strong English for internal comms.
  • Based in CDMX, Mexico.
