🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (ideally as an SDR) with Mid‑Market accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High resilience; able to bounce back from setbacks
  • Player mindset; growth-focused and challenged-driven
  • Strong work ethic; will learn by hard work
  • Extremely coachable and open to feedback
