📋 Description

  • Raise awareness and generate interest via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80–100 activities (calls + emails).
  • Manage your own accounts and set strategy for effective book management.
  • Become a power user of Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong.
  • Provide constructive feedback to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement to improve effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR, with Mid-Market accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
  • Player mindset; growth-oriented and able to take on challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and work hard.
  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback and improvement.
  • Willing to travel for conferences, events, and training as needed.
