📋 Description

  • Set up and manage qualification for inbound leads in the CEE region.
  • Be first point of contact for new prospects; determine next steps.
  • Set up and deliver outbound campaigns with sales enablement tools; align with Marketing.
  • Identify and target new partners in the CEE region with the Partner Manager.
  • Support Sales Managers on outbound tactics, lead generation and onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Adyen at internal and external events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years inbound/outbound sales; selling complex B2B products.
  • Experience in Payments or FinTech is a plus; partnerships/consulting/marketing welcome.
  • Strong team player; collaborates with other teams to drive success.
  • Work independently and in a team; make outbound calls daily.
  • Proven work ethic; drive to learn and connect with prospects.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
