📋 Description

  • Generate pipeline by prospecting HR and benefits leaders at large employers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
