Identify and engage potential conference participants (investors, funds, banks).
Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive attendance.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
Support event logistics (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
Assist with on-site registration and client relations at conferences.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of sales and BD experience, preferably in financial services or B2B.
Experience using Dynamics 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal English communication (C1–C2).
Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investments.
Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate with executives.
