📋 Description

  • Use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, develop, and organize accounts.
  • Develop a prospecting plan with the AE to cover your book of business.
  • Coach newer outbound ADR team members through shadowing and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales development experience.
  • Strong ability to articulate Workstream's value proposition and engage decision makers.
  • Creative, strategic thinker; can build business cases and gain buy-in.
  • Team-first mindset; humble and hungry; collaborative.
  • Able to work onsite five days a week in Lehi, Utah.
  • Proficient with Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
