  • Generate $250K–$500K in qualified pipeline per month at steady state.
  • Research accounts to map key personas and decision-makers in Insurance/FinServ/Healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 yrs outbound SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech; InsTech/FinTech/HealthTech preferred
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
  • Experience prospecting into complex orgs with long sales cycles ($80K–$500K+)
  • Proficient with CRM, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong
  • Strong cold calling; excellent written communication
  • Self-starter; NYC-based or willing to be in NYC; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
