- Strong communicator, coachable, and confident leading by example.
- Experience with CRM (Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and sales tools.
- Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics and KPI tracking.
- Bonus: startup or GTM experience; mentoring or coaching peers.
