  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS SDR/BDR roles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Strong communicator, coachable, and confident leading by example.
  • Experience with CRM (Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics and KPI tracking.
  • Bonus: startup or GTM experience; mentoring or coaching peers.
