📋 Description

  • Remote position based in Germany; travel up to 20% across EMEA.
  • Identify prospects within target accounts; outbound multi-channel prospecting.
  • Triage inbound leads; conduct discovery to understand pain points and fit.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing on account plans and vertical plays.
  • Attend trade shows; manage scanners/lead capture; post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain clean CRM data; document notes; meet SLAs.
  • Develop concise summaries of goals, stakeholders, and triggers to accelerate deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent).
  • 1+ years in B2B sales or SDR with outbound prospecting.
  • Proficient with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce.
  • Confident, proactive communicator with active listening.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% across the EMEA region.
  • Proficient English; native German written and spoken.
