📋 Description

  • Generate new business opportunities to build NiCE's sales pipeline.
  • Work with Account Executives to target strategic accounts in your territory.
  • Use tailored calls and emails to create opportunities.
  • Aim to exceed quota and prepare for future sales leadership promotions.
  • Participate in ramping/onboarding programs and regular team meetings.
  • Maintain knowledge of NiCE products to engage informed prospects.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong self-discipline and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; handle objections with execs.
  • Experience with modern prospecting software/tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Resilient with a growth mindset; comfortable with high-volume prospecting.
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and teammates.
