📋 Description

  • Build and manage a high-velocity prospecting engine across outbound channels to generate meetings.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across e-commerce, payments, and retail.
  • Translate BNPL value into clear outreach for technical and business buyers.
  • Qualify inbound interest to surface pain points and build pipeline.
  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and targeting to refine GTM motion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships on ICP and campaigns.
  • Multi-thread target accounts and nurture executive relationships.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate activity/pipeline forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience in tech, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.
  • Experience with BNPL, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding activity targets and generating pipeline.
  • Fluent with sales tools: Salesforce, Slack, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and tailored outbound messaging.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Curious and coachable; energized by fintech, retail, and emerging technologies.
