🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience in tech, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.
- Experience with BNPL, payments, or fintech is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding activity targets and generating pipeline.
- Fluent with sales tools: Salesforce, Slack, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable with cold calling and tailored outbound messaging.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Curious and coachable; energized by fintech, retail, and emerging technologies.
