🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year experience as BDR/SDR
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong listening and phone presence
- Experience in ABM and MQL environments
- Proven ability to meet quotas and forecast the business
- Collaborative, team-oriented sales background
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- High integrity and commitment to building a successful company
- Adept computer skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required
