📋 Description

  • Follow up on inbound leads and identify qualified opportunities with timely information.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts with Enterprise AE.
  • Develop partnerships with Sales and Marketing on strategic ABM approaches.
  • Meet or exceed quota for daily calls and first-touch emails.
  • Profile strategic accounts and present solutions to start the sales cycle.
  • Set meetings for the Sales team when a lead is qualified.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as BDR/SDR
  • Excellent oral and written communication; strong listening and phone presence
  • Experience in ABM and MQL environments
  • Proven ability to meet quotas and forecast the business
  • Collaborative, team-oriented sales background
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • High integrity and commitment to building a successful company
  • Adept computer skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required
