📋 Description

  • Conduct discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for Account Executives
  • Gather contact information and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
  • High volume outbound calls; handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts; research and hand over to the Account Executive
  • Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in Pipedrive before forwarding to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships
  • Educate prospects on Pipedrive customization and best usage practices
