  • Own the operational backbone of the global XDR org.

  • Define XDR reporting and actionable insights.
  • Enable onboarding, ramp, and growth for new XDRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Dev Ops, Marketing Ops, or Rev Ops at scale (SaaS).
  • Advanced Salesforce; experience with Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Marketo.
  • Build reporting frameworks; translate data into decisions.
  • Systems thinking; AI fluency a strong plus.
  • Clear communication with senior leaders across time zones.
  • Willing to work early mornings or late evenings for global teams.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary $140k–$160k; depends on location/experience.
