- Advanced Salesforce; experience with Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Marketo.
- Build reporting frameworks; translate data into decisions.
- Systems thinking; AI fluency a strong plus.
- Clear communication with senior leaders across time zones.
- Willing to work early mornings or late evenings for global teams.

- Base salary $140kβ$160k; depends on location/experience.
