  • Own and optimize lead routing across Salesforce and Chili Piper to meet global SLAs.
  • Launch and improve AI tooling initiatives across GTM.
  • Partner with Information Services and Marketing Ops to automate lead enrichment.
  • Serve as admin for GTM tools: Salesforce, Chili Piper, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Pocus.
  • Provide day-to-day SDR support, onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and SDR Managers to improve workflows and automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue, Sales, SDR, or Marketing Operations.
  • Experience with GTM tools (Chili Piper, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Clearbit, Pocus).
  • Willingness to deep dive into AI tooling and workflow implementation.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, including reporting, workflows, and lead management.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
