  • Hire, onboard, and develop SDR talent

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales/SDR leadership experience in a high-growth tech company
  • Located in SF Bay Area and willing to commute 3x weekly (Mon/Wed/Fri)
  • Deep understanding of SDR processes and tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, ZoomInfo)
  • Experience executing outbound multichannel strategy and optimizing playbooks
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota while leading a team and as an IC
  • Strong analytical experience with pipeline goals and forecasting
